What's the pain in my pinkie toe?

Months ago I was skipping along in my house when all of the sudden I accidentally rammed my pinkie toe on the leg of a chair, bending the toe back in an unnatural position. Even though this event possibly happened about 6 months ago, my toe still hurts and I am unable to touch it without hurting myself. I was told when going to the doctor for a broken pinkie toe all they can really do is tape your pinkie toe to the toe beside it. So if my toe is broken I don't feel it is worth a doctor's appointment, so could something else be wrong with my toe that I should go to my doctor for?

Is there a chance I could have twins given my family history?

Im not pregnant. Just state that. Alrighty, so heres the story : My great-grand parents had twins. Those twins Didnt have twins. Then one of the Twin's sons had twins. ;;;; Thats my dads side of the story. There have been ALOT of twin pregnancies in that side of the family. And i think almost all skipped a generation. Now, my mom's side of the family : There have been a few cases of twin pregnancies, but not many. So is it likely or unlikely that I will have twins even if it hasnt skipped a generation because of my mothers side? What i mean is, is it possible that my mothers history could interefere with it skipping a generation?

I want to give you a scenario to ponder: what if there are families living by the ocean and spend their whole lives swimming underwater because they are pearl divers. They reproduce among themselves only, just like what pakicetus did millions of years ago. Because it’s beneficial for them to live underwater, in how many generations do you think their children / population will be capable of breathing underwater (or making their nostrils drifted to the top of their heads like blowholes), the skin becomes rubber-like (like orca), develop sonar, and legs morph into flippers?
