Could this be a nose piercing infection?

You have a small infection. I had the same. It looked like a pimple but red right? I used salt water for a few weeks and it went down repeatedly and came back twice before going away. Please go get some anti biotic cream or peroxide or saline water. However you clean it and keep cleaning it 3 times a day
