Whaaaat is this? DDDD:?

Hello. (: okay im 14 and under my nose like where my nostrils are I have these weird bumps. Their the same color as my sskin and don't hurt unless I scratch and pick at them. I used to have 3 right next to each other but they went away and now I only have one. What is ththis ?O:
