Why does right under my left nostril hurt so bad?

I dont know why but since like last Thursday right under my left nostril has hurt so bad! Theres nothing there though, nothing is red, swollen, no bruising and I just cant figure out what it is. It's just in one area and its bothering me! Anybody have any ideas?
