If scar tissue forms on the bridge of a nose after a nosejob can that tilt the tip of your nose?

after you get a nose job, if scar tissue forms inside the nose or in the septum, this will result in the tip of your nose either tilting to the left of the right. I got a nose job and i have some scar tissue in my nostril as well as on the bridge of my nose... I can easily get rid of the scar tissue inside my nostril with the product scar guard.. but what im asking is.. can the scar tissue that is on the bridge of my nose, on top of the bone .. can that tilt the tip of my nose too??
