Woke up with inside of nostril coated in blood?

Woke up today with one nostril covered in blood, but not to the point where it would start to drip. Had a very small nosebleed 5 weeks ago but from the opposite nostril (a drop or 2 of blood then nothing). The one i had 5 weeks ago happened after waking up too and I had blood work done at the time which came back normal. Been noticing small random bruises on my legs but not as many any more about 1 a week (about 4 in total in the past 5 weeks). Gums were bleeding a bit last week while brushing but since I've started brushing more regularely it has basically stopped. Been to a few different doctors asking about possible blood disease or disorder but none of them seem concerned. Should I go back again for testing or was this nosebleed too minor?
