What's the pain in my pinkie toe?

Months ago I was skipping along in my house when all of the sudden I accidentally rammed my pinkie toe on the leg of a chair, bending the toe back in an unnatural position. Even though this event possibly happened about 6 months ago, my toe still hurts and I am unable to touch it without hurting myself. I was told when going to the doctor for a broken pinkie toe all they can really do is tape your pinkie toe to the toe beside it. So if my toe is broken I don't feel it is worth a doctor's appointment, so could something else be wrong with my toe that I should go to my doctor for?

Is there a chance I could have twins given my family history?

Im not pregnant. Just state that. Alrighty, so heres the story : My great-grand parents had twins. Those twins Didnt have twins. Then one of the Twin's sons had twins. ;;;; Thats my dads side of the story. There have been ALOT of twin pregnancies in that side of the family. And i think almost all skipped a generation. Now, my mom's side of the family : There have been a few cases of twin pregnancies, but not many. So is it likely or unlikely that I will have twins even if it hasnt skipped a generation because of my mothers side? after you get a nose job, if scar tissue forms inside the nose or in the septum, this will result in the tip of your nose either tilting to the left of the right. I got a nose job and i have some scar tissue in my nostril as well as on the bridge of my nose... I can easily get rid of the scar tissue inside my nostril with the product scar guard.. but what im asking is.. can the scar tissue that is on the bridge of my nose, on top of the bone .. can that tilt the tip of my nose too??

Does anybody else's baby have trouble with rice?

I've been feeding my six month old son solids since he was 4 months without a problem. He loves sweet potatoes, green peas, apples...basically anything I put on a spoon. But, he can't tolerate baby rice. I started feeding him that before I tried food & he ate it fine. But a few hours after, he became very ill, projectile vomiting & screaming in pain for about an hour. Horrified, I refused to give him rice for the rest of the month. His doctor told me it would be okay if I started solid food & skipped rice. At 5 months I tried rice again...with the same results as the first time. I did some research & found that a lot of babies have had problems with grains because although they're bland, their stomachs can't actually handle digesting them until they're 3 years old. I don't know how true that is & I haven't tried other grains, mostly out of fear because I hate seeing my son so ill & in pain. Has anybody else experienced this? Did your child grow out of it? Just looking for some similar stories.

Hey everyone its Gracie (: i have a goregous cat named Bandy. She is a 4 year old all white Maine Coon. Shes always happy, shes super lovable, never bites, and loves attention. Unfortunatley, we got rid of our other cat named Rain due to behavior. Brandy and Rain were practically sisters, but ever since we got rid of Rain, Brandy has not been the same since we got rid of her. I fed Brandy on Friday, and i went to check on her food today and there was barely anythingg eaten, then i went to clean her cat box today, ( i clean it every sunday ) there was NO cat duty in there except pee. Shes not as active as she usually is, she is an inside cat so she cant be sick, shes always sleeping, and she constantly needs love. We also got 2 new pups last week, 8 week old choco lab named Roxy, and 6 week old german shepard Eike ( Eye-ka ) she dont get along with dogs very well, and her symptons got worse. sweetie no, sometimes the very best way to cope with grief is to get another dog. this doesn't make you a bad person, as the love you feel for this dog will not erase the love you felt for your old dog. If anything, it will help bring to the surface memories of your dog that you may have forgotten. i'd even suggest getting another pom, because of the quirky personalities that they have, there is no law in the world that dictates the proper way to grieve, but crying and making yourself sick isn't healthy. the things we love most live on in our hearts, and smiling again and loving again in no way takes away from the memories you have of all the years you had together.

I have this blind pimple right under one of my nose nostril, and it hurts so bad!! The pain kept getting worse so I figured I should just try and pop it but it didn't work, it didn't pop. When I put the toothpaste on i left it on over night, Abd when I removed it the layer of skin over the pimple was gone but the pimple is still there! How do you get physically fit within one month?

I am moving to a new place, and since I didn't do too well here in the friend department, I've decided to become a much more likable person. I have already decided that I should be much nicer to other people than I was here, be more socially interactive, and to have friendlier attitudes around people. I have already decided to either run for twenty minutes, or swim for an hour or so every day. And of course I will eat healthy (but I can't go on a complete diet because I am a little short for my age, and I'm trying to eat protein to get taller) But is there anything else I can do? CG Smoothers AquaSmooth Compact Foundation?

Ok so I currently use Maybellines fit me, and it looked amazing on my skin! At first.. noew it jut cakes up and looks nasty. SO I wanted to try somehting different. I thought about going back to my old one that i liked alot and im not sure why i even switched the first place.. (l'oreal magic smooth souffle) But it didn't work to good with my dry skin. I dont have to bad of dry skin on my face just some random patches that tend to catch the foundation and clump.(if my foundation isnt to big of a color difference i just skip over the dry spot) But i heard this product tends to look very bad on dry skin.. even though it is supposed to help. So should I try it.. or just go back to the l'oreal?

Heart has been skipping/fluttering 3 + times every 10 seconds?

All day today, my heart has been skipping/fluttering. It's really starting to bother me. It actually doesn't feel like skipping, but it feels like it doesn't finish a whole beat before it starts the next one and then the next one pounds a little harder. It's been doing it all day 3-10 times in 10 seconds. Like every 3rd beat or something. I've had problems with my heart racing/skipping beats for a long time and went to the dr. for it and they did an EKG and said everything was fine, but it's really freaking me out. It's never done it like this, this often or all day. It DID race for about 2 minutes earlier and then been skipping like this all day. I no longer have insurance, so I don't want to go to the dr, really unless this sounds not normal.

What do you think about Bichon Frises?

Well, currently we have two Staffordshire Bull Terriers, who I love to bits but I will be devastated when they are gone, they currently are 6 and 7, soon to be 7 and 8. My mum said they will be around for a few more years yet, as the average age for a Staffie is around 12ish. But despite this, I have always longed for a puppy of my own that I can train, and show. But by time I am allowed to get another dog, which with no doubt would be the longest a year after both my dogs have gone :(, I wanted to know whether a Bichon would be right for me. So a bit about me; I have quite a busy lifestyle as I have lots of homework to do, as I go to a grammar school, I would have time to walk a dog everynight, and I dont really do much at the weekends which was when I could train it and groom it. My family is no stranger to vet bills so this would be no problem, as I have grown up with dogs and recently we have had two expensive vet bills, both being my youngest dog, nearly dieing after attaking another dog that came on to our territory, and then her eating slug pellets to which she now has fits if she gets to hot. I was reading online that Bichons have a problem with anxitey when being left alone, I dont think he/she would be alone though, as my mum and dad would be more than likely to get their own dog aswell as me. I also discovered, that they arent very good with training as they are a bit dopey <3 , If theyre any good websites or any information you can give me about Bichons, then please let me know, and If you dont think that a Bichon is for me, then do you have any suggestions on a dog that would suit me. We previously have had these dogs; Cleo- A rescue Staffie cross, died of cancer. Do I need larger nostril bars?

I've had both my nostrils pierced since April 9th and I developed some hypotrophic scarring. I've been doing sea salt soaks and just tonight I started to use a tea bag as a hot compress to help the bumps go down. Well, I was shocked to see one of the beads got pushed down into the hole! I must have pushed down too hard or something. I managed to poke it back up, but I wanted to know if the outside skin will still heal tightly around the bar or if I'm going to need to go up a size.

I think I missed my period, what do?

Okay so I'm 17, and I think I've missed my period. It usually comes around the 23rd, sometimes the 21st or 25th, but now it's the 27th and I'm not even showing signs of it being on the way. I cant speak to all of these, but in reference to the whisky, I can say there are quite a few good bourbon's in particular Pappy Van Winkle comes to mind, I have the 23 year and it'll run 250-300 a bottle. This is for a same year release, If you bought an older vintage I would say it could cost more. I think speaking retail would be a better point of argument, because when something becomes collectible like a 64 la tour well then were talking auctions, and all sorts of prices variation, I mean there is no way to say what something is worth other than measuring it by what someone is willing to pay for it. Now when you say widely available I assume that to mean retail basically, or at least retail through the net, this being said most of the really good brands of spirits are hard to get internationally, well thats not completely true but in alot of cases in can be. I've never seen a bottle of Pappy van Winkle in europe, then again I've been to scotland, and you can't touch a bottle of decent scotch for the price they ask for it over there, but here in the states it's generally a way better deal. If you search on google "scaly face" it doesnt looke like those birds. My parakeets cere is brown but you can see bluewhiteish from the nostrils to the side. Its only in its cere and nowhere else on its face and its nose and the brown part looks a little puffed but not extremely ashy or scaly or rotting. Im scared it scaly face !!!!!!!! Your doctor probably didn't take the time to examine you properly and since he didn't perform a "big" surgery with general anesthesia he didn't get a good look inside during the operation either. You can now have a revision (after a year of the date of your original surgery) and fix the deviation and any other problems that your previous doctor didn't fix or created. Do some research on doctors that specialize in revisions and are known to fix both cosmetic and functional issues. Good luck.

My Blu Ray Player stopped playing DVD+Rs HELP!?

My Blu Ray player, for some reason, stopped playing DVD+Rs. It plays DVDs and Blu-Rays okay, and other DVD+Rs I've burned in the past, but this batch of DVD+Rs it just doesn't play well if at all. It just started with this latest batch of DVD+Rs, some will skip or freeze, some will say that there's a disc error and it won't play at all but it plays just fine on my two computers and DVD player. My Blu-ray player is a Magnavox it was bought over a year ago at Wal-mart for $70 bucks or so I think. Someone please help!

Dealing with a (gag) yeast infection?

Okay, so I began treating the infection on Sunday night. I fell asleep last night without taking the third treatment so I took it this morning. It felt like everything was going well until I took that third treatment. So my question is, did I screw up the healing process by skipping a treatment? Also, will taking a treatment during the day irritate me more than it would if I were laying down not moving to go to bed at night? And how long can one of these wretched things last? my heart started skipping beats in feb of 2011 and it skipped a beat every time it would beat it done this for 2 weeks nonstop and after and the 2nd day of my heart skipping beats everytime i would move my head the room would spin and i felt dizzy and then after the 2 weeks is slow started to go away it stop in april i went to the hospital in may and my heart wouldnt skip a beat while i was up there and they said that i have heart palpitations and then it still skipped beats and then i told my dad something isnt right then we when to another hospital then they dont a ecg and took pictures of my heart and then i sent me papers on it and i dont really understand or even know for sure what is wrong with me but it said impression =left ventricular ejection fraction function 50% and something else i dont remember but everytime i look it up it will say heart failure i have go to children's hospital july 6th and im 17 years old and i was wondering if that is what is wrong with me and what it is?

Woke up with inside of nostril coated in blood?

Woke up today with one nostril covered in blood, but not to the point where it would start to drip. Had a very small nosebleed 5 weeks ago but from the opposite nostril (a drop or 2 of blood then nothing). The one i had 5 weeks ago happened after waking up too and I had blood work done at the time which came back normal. Been noticing small random bruises on my legs but not as many any more about 1 a week (about 4 in total in the past 5 weeks). Gums were bleeding a bit last week while brushing but since I've started brushing more regularely it has basically stopped. Been to a few different doctors asking about possible blood disease or disorder but none of them seem concerned. Should I go back again for testing or was this nosebleed too minor?

I need help building my computer?

Why don't my friends wanna hang out with me?

Hey guys I really need some advice. Okay so here is my story starting from grad 8. When I entered grad 8 I had a hand full of friends. I was not the popular guy but I was no loner. But I had one problem. I skipped school everyday. I was barley at school. But I still hanged out with my friends and they still made up stories to my teachers when they asked them where am I. So I am grateful for that. So I agreed and I went to this school not telling my friends I just sorta left without telling anyone except my family. So I went to this school for 2 years and got lots of work done. But during those 2 years I never once hanged out with my friends I just told them what happen and talked to them on facebook time to time. I have an older brother and sister and they both always go out and hang out with their friends. So I thought I'll just message all of my friends on facebook asking them if they want to hang out. All of them always made up excuses. And for 2 years it was like this. The only time I went out is when my brother went and hanged out with his friends because my friends for some reason did not want to hang out with me. And my sister, mom, and dad always say "You have no friends so you go and hang out with your brothers friends" I just ignore them but in the inside it hurts me because I really feel like I have no friends. How do I find a surrogate?

I want to have a baby but I have epilepsy, which is caused by legions in my brain called Cavernous Angiomas. If I become pregnant, there is a high chance these legions can hemorrhage and if this happens, it can cause me to have fits which could harm any baby I may have. How do i let my betta know it's feeding time?

I have one veiltail betta, and I used to keep him in a tiny betta bowl. After doing my research and observation, I realized that was a horrible idea and I transferred him into a ten gallon aquarium. However, he hasn't eaten either of the two meals I've tried to feed him since. I skipped two meals the day I transferred him, so it's not that he needs time to adjust. I think the problem is that he doesn't know that I'm trying to feed him. When he was in a betta bowl, there was no way he'd be stupid enough to not know, because it was so tiny he couldn't have missed the food floating above his head. However, in a ten gallon tank with a filter going, when i drop the food in the filter pushes it out into the tank and with all that space he probably doesn't see it. I tried turning off the filter for feeding time, but he still didn't swim up to eat. How do i let him know when feeding time is?

How do I prevent a runny nose during training and sparring?

This annoys me to no end as whenever I try to go hard as I can against a bag for a 3 minute round, I start sweating down my nose and it leaks fluid all over my mouth. I find myself constantly shoving my nose over my shoulder to wipe it off and going for my towel between rounds. I never have this problem when I do cardio or work out, but during boxing, I just get incredibly drained and my face sweats like I've just finished a chili eating contest. I don't know if it's the same for everyone else and they just deal with it (snot going in your mouth) or if it's just me. Is there something I can do about this like some kind of nasal spray or pouring salt water through my nostrils? Last thing I want is to be in a match and look like some 10 year old kid getting the snot beat out of him. Right nostril keeps getting clogged?

Almost every single day for the last 6 months my right nostril will get clogged with mucus about once a day. I can breathe normally it's not blocked or anything like when you have a cold. When it does get clogged I can just blow it out and then it's fine until the next day when my right nostril gets clogged again. Sometimes I have to cough it up because I can feel it deep down in nasal passages. It wasn't really bothering me but now it's starting to get annoying. My budgie or parakeet's cere's color is usually dark blueish and that usually means its a boy right?But now its turning brownish and that means its a female but im worried its scaly face. I bought a used car Suzuki Verona 2004 from a used dealer.. after about a month i started having loads of issues..I called the dealer on his cell.. and he continued to brush me off... months went by and i continued to take the car for repair.. ive repaired and replaced almost every part in this car.. from the converters to sensors to anything you name it i replaced it.. then i came across the lemon law.. and apparently i was told it to late to claim lemon law.. so one day the ignition switch went.. finally! i could not turn the car over.. some one said just take it to suzuki and let them deal with it.. upon making this decision whether or not to pay top dollar.. i did... i went to suzuki and they said HEY! we might just be able to help i told them all the issues ive dealt with this car.. from driving on the highway and the car turning off going 70MPH! then throwing it into Neutral and starting it up! oh did i mention drive while doing it AT 70 MPH! anyway.. they called me up after looking at the car and said well the housing is cracked and the car was loosing pressure.. now.. they said we have good news and bad news ..good news we can replace your engine with a brandy new one! free of charge Covered under warranty..Bad new we will have your car for a couple of weeks,, so i got the car back and ive been having issues with it still ! ive brought it back now at least 4-5 times and today i went to get it and i drove 300 yards and the car still had the same issues! i drove back into the lot and said guys! its not fixed the shop foreman took a lil test drive and says OH! i see what you mean.. well ladies and gentlemen.. what happens if they cant fix it? Does suzuki give me another car? they should be held responsible for this mess and there crappy cars! This is not fair! ive spent thousands of dollars.. PLEASE HELP ME! What happens if they cant fix it!? There has to be something im from nj,,, they put a new engine in and aren't they responsible for this they told me it would run right! im 24 and ive been screwed....

Nose piercing help and advice!?

ive been waiting to get my nose pierced (the side of the nostril) for a really long time, but i have very sensitive skin that tends to reject piercings. So i decided that if i were to get a nose piercing it would have to be at this particular, very clean and popular piercing parlor a few towns away that was rated the best on yelp in my area. so they are having a sale next weekend on piercings and i really want to finally get pierced but in 2 weeks i will be going off to work at a camp that has a lot of dust and dirt. Im scared this is going to even further affect the healing process. I have really taken a lot of time to research after care, but still should i get pierced? sorry for the long story!

It's really too early to tell. Even if she does start bleeding I would still take a test because I had implantation and I swore that it was my period. First I spotted a little here and there and then I had a heavy flow (sorry, I know you're a guy but that's the truth). I know it's tough but if it's been over 2 weeks since you had sex you can take a test. If not wait and get one. Tests aren't too expensive and the generic brands don't make any difference. They all work the same for the most part. Sometimes even 2 weeks is too early to tell. My friend got a negative result and was pregnant. The main indicator for me was I could smell from a mile away, and my breasts were sore. Every body is different so she may have some different symptoms. Just keep an eye on things and try to keep yourself busy. For me, I didn't start feeling ridiculously pregnant, I just felt a little funny. Good luck with everything!

EMERGENCY! POSSIBLE STAPH INFECTION/STD???HELP!?

So I think I've figured out that I may have a staph infection in my left nostril, I've just noticed it, it's been sore for about two days. I haven't found anything to treat it yet. But long story short concering this, I had sex with my boyfriend today. He was pilled up on opiates so it lasted about to two hours and it was pretty rough. He calls me afterwards telling me his penis is like weirdly swollen and is freaking out. After the sex, I felt a little sore down there but, my vagina was perfectly fine prior to the sex. And now it sort of burns when I pee and there are red blotches around the outside of it. Im freaking out. And again his penis was weirdly swollen to. What Are These Little Green Balls Coming Out Of My Nose?!?!?

Im loosing weight, so Im reducing the amount of calories I eat per day. I usually eat like 1500 calories per day, so Im cutting to 1000. Its basically two meals a day, Brunch and supper, so I dont actually skip meals. I stopped snacking too. I dont want to eat too little either, so I just wanna know if 1000 is not too little. Missed Period... HELP!?

So I should have started my period about 2 and a half to three weeks ago, but I never started. A week and a half after my missed period I took a pregnancy test that was negative, the next morning I took another one because the test said that they were more accurate in the morning, but that test came back negative as well. I havent felt much different and I still havent had my period. Is it possible to just skip a month or what else could it be? I am also only 17

It sounds like you could have an ear infection or sinusitis. It actually sounds similar to what I had a while back, in some ways. They never really figured out for sure what it was, but after about 10 days, if a cold doesn't go away, it could be a bacterial infection requiring antibiotics. Also, an ear, nose and throat doctor could help if your primary doc doesn't know. You could have wax build-up in your ear, which can easily be extracted in the doc's office. They can also teach you how to do that yourself afterwards, if you want them to. Allergies is another possibility.

red, dry flaky but not spreading. On my face, about right next to each nostril. Itches occasionally.I've put cortisone on it every day, after showering. I had eczema on my hand, it spread to my lower arm and its gone. But this stuff isn't getting better or worse. Some intense gel I used from a doctor. What do you think about Staffordshire Bull Terriers? I have two, Brandy and Sadie, but all my friends are scared of them because Brandy loves attention and jumps up at new people which is most of my friends apart from my bestfriend, because shes used to them :/ People think staffies are bad, but they are one of the most trustworthy dogs there are, they are so loving, and good with children who dont abuse them, but I think they are only good dogs if they are brought up into a loving family straight from puppies like mine :) What do you think about staffies?
