How do I get rid of this pimple!!?? NEED HELP ASAP?

I have this blind pimple right under one of my nose nostril, and it hurts so bad!! The pain kept getting worse so I figured I should just try and pop it but it didn't work, it didn't pop. So I tried waterlogging it....nothing. I tried peroxide....nothing. I tried face wash and toothpaste and still nothing. When I put the toothpaste on i left it on over night, Abd when I removed it the layer of skin over the pimple was gone but the pimple is still there! Now the pain in 10x worse and it hurts to open my mouth. Please help me:( I've run out of ideas! I'll try anything! Just please make the pain go away:(!!
