Whenever i blow my nose its got some blood. is that a symptom of something?

ive been sick for the past few days, and i admit, this was not one of the smarter things i did, but being stuck inside was driving me CRAZY. so when my parents went out for the day to deal with some legal stuff, i went for a bike ride. i rode around for about two houres in the same are, but turning around every time so that i would be going constantly down hill, then down hill. i didnt feel sick of anything then. i actually felt a lot better. so about a houre after that, i blew my nose and it was like something was trying to come out but got stuck or something because i felt this pressure and a cathching feiling in my nose. now whenever i blow out of my left nostril its coated with blood. does that mean i just got a nose blead but the blood got stuck cause of all the mucase, or is it something else?
