Smelly air because of neighbor?

Recently an older lady moved in next door to me and she has 16 ferrets and 3 dogs. I pay 530 dollars in rent a month and I've noticed te air is really starting to stink. It's annoying and it's not pleasant to the nostrils. Here is the thing though. For about the past month I've been complaining about the air not workig properly and just recently they finally fixed the air. They had to seal off a leak and put some freon in the unit. My thing is I don't want to start complaining about something else but the smell is getting really bad. Should I say something to the landlord or just tough it out
