What's wrong with me (ill)?

It sounds like you could have an ear infection or sinusitis. It actually sounds similar to what I had a while back, in some ways. They never really figured out for sure what it was, but after about 10 days, if a cold doesn't go away, it could be a bacterial infection requiring antibiotics. Also, an ear, nose and throat doctor could help if your primary doc doesn't know. You could have wax build-up in your ear, which can easily be extracted in the doc's office. They can also teach you how to do that yourself afterwards, if you want them to. Allergies is another possibility.
